The Best Mortgage Advisor, Especially for a First Time Homeowner

I had the absolute best experience with Cheryl. She knew I was a first time home buyer and intentionally took the time to walk me through the process. The immediate trust I had made it feel like I was talking to someone as close as a family member. I never had a doubt that she was on my side to make sure everything worked out for me. I was in awe of how smoothly her and her team worked through the mortgage approval process in order to ensure I could settle on time. I would without a doubt work with Cheryl again down the line!

Cheryl Conard at PMA was incredibly helpful through our entire mortgage refinance process. She and everyone else at PMA answered all of our questions quickly and fully, and explained our options for refinancing without high-pressure sales techniques. It felt like dealing with actual (nice!) people rather than a large, anonymous corporation. Even after our closing she continued to be available for help. Would highly recommend for all of your mortgage or refinancing needs!

An amazing lender/ally in the house buying process.

Cheryl Conard (of PMA) has been phenomenal in my homebuying experience. Buying on my own was a terrifying experience and Cheryl walked me through every step and checked in throughout to see if I had any issues or concerns or questions (and I feel like I had a ton). My parents have passed and without a partner, it really felt like I was out there alone before I worked with her. She explained everything thoroughly and made herself consistently available.

Cheryl also made fantastic suggestions about who to go for insurance which is another thing I knew absolutely nothing about (and I love my insurance agent now also!). Truthfully, I am easily overwhelmed and not the type to write such glowing reviews but it is important that I recognize Cheryl's hard work and diligence. I honestly wish I connected with her earlier so I would have skipped some of the stress when starting the process. She even connected with me after my Grandmother died and was so thoughtful. Highly recommended - 11/10.

I recently bought a home and Cheryl Conard was our mortgage advisor. This is my fourth time buying a home. I never had such an amazing mortgage advisor such as Cheryl. She is so personable. I have NEVER had a mortgage advisor as personal as she is. I do not know why others do not follow her example. Cheryl was always so responsive to our questions and concerns. Buying a home can be stressful. Having someone such as Cheryl helping you makes it so much easier. And this may sound cheesy, but she really does care. Since the beginning she treated us as human beings, and not just clients or numbers. Since the beginning she connected with us at a human level. In addition to being human she is also very good at what she does. She always updated us with any changes, she made it so easy for us to submit documents to the underwriters, and she had our loan approved weeks before our settlement date. I felt confident that we were in good hands with her.

My husband and I are using PMA for a new home. My husband used Cheryl with his first home and now we purchased a home together.
