The online portal that PMA has made everything easy and I felt safer uploading my personal documents there rather than emailing everything (and it was certainly quicker and much cheaper than having to put everything in the mail!). When you take a loan out it helps to find the best mortgage advisor out there to understand terms give you a comparable rate and just take the time with you to see what fits your profile best. Cheryl has been phenomenal. We felt like we could ask her absolutely anything and she always either had an answer or directed us to the right person. She has responded to our emails always within the hour. Even on weekends. We made a couple of offers (only one went through) but she had our back when we wanted a very fast closing date.
